The Newt Brew brewery moved in November 2021 to it's new home at Inveresk, Musselburgh, just outside Edinburgh. Originally set up at the ecologically award winning and hugely successful organic farm run by Mike and Fu at East Coast Organics in Pencaitland, the new premises will allow the brewery to make even fresher, tastier and more sustainable beer.
The adventure was started by Mike Clark in Edinburgh’s New Town, and the brewery is ready to step up its production. Newt Brew handcrafts its beers in small 200-1000 litre batches using a combination of traditional methods and the latest brewing techniques and equipment, to ensure consistently excellent taste, and ethical values.
